The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Contacted by staffing agency. Scheduled an initial phone screening in which one of the analysts asked me some basic questions.

Got called in to do an in-person interview in with 2 associates speaking to me. Mostly asked me fit questions & about my resume. Some pointed questions to see how I think or how I'd react under stress.

Another round of interviews in which I had to do a case study and present my findings.

Lastly, one more interview with some additional members of the team that I hadn't met yet.
Interview Questions
There was nothing that was especially hard or difficult. Case study consisted of evaluating different tech companies based off of various metrics, i.e. previous funding raises, market or product growth rates, various financial multiples, management, etc.

I had to utilize power point & excel to organize my data and present my findings. All in all it was pretty straight forward. Just know how to think like an investor. Come up with an investment thesis and be able to defend your reasoning / explain your assumptions. DO NOT say anything that you can't defend or that sounds like bullshit because they WILL pick it apart.
