Submitted resume and cover letter to HR. Received a phone call from HR asking about my background and was told they would be in touch. About a week later I received a phone call asking to come into interview for the position with some upper management. Met with HR for 30 minutes prior to interview with upper management and discussed the company. Was also given a short test on fixed income investments and things of that nature. Then proceeded into an interview with HR and 4-5 principals. Interview lasted about 45 minutes to an hour.
Interview Questions
There were no technical questions relating to the position other that what was given on the quiz. The only questions asked were fit and personality questions.
I answered the personality questions on how I thought they may wanted to hear them considering they are such a small shop. Teamwork is essential as well as being able to communicate clearly and thoroughly.
