2023 Academy Summer Analyst

First, I submitted basic application form on their website, which included CV, academic transcript etc. A week later, I received a questionnaire and given a week to complete - including listing books I've read, career ambitions, work experience etc. The week after submission, I received a case assignment again with a due day of a week from receipt. This was just a 500 word written stock pitch on a fictional company. The following week, I was invited to an interview with HR, and this was pretty basic behavioural and motivational questions, such as tell me about you, why P72, last books read, personal investments etc. I'm guessing my interviewer was impressed, and so I was told I'd be advanced onto the final stage at the end of my interview. The final interview was with a Portfolio Manager and Investment Coach. Again, I was asked motivational questions and was asked to do a long/short stock pitch and a couple brain teasers. Still haven't heard back since.

Overall, the process was very quick and smooth considering I was recruiting for London position and most 2023 SA applications haven't opened yet.
