Academy Summer Analyst

I submitted my resume and a short (optional) cover letter through a posting on my school's career services website - did not attend any networking events or know anyone at the firm. I was contacted within about 2 weeks and asked to complete a Wonderlic. After completing the Wonderlic, I was selected for a pre-recorded video interview. I was told there would be two questions, I received one question ahead of time, and the other I had to answer on the spot. After my pre-recorded video interview, I was selected to move on to the next round, in which I had a Skype interview with a recruiter. I was not selected to move on to the next round, but was told that it would have been a superday at their CT office.
