Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After you get flagged by HR as a potential candidate (through employee referral, headhunter, or resume drop online) they conduct an initial phone screening. If they like you and there are open positions that they are recruiting for that you would make a good fit, they will then send you a Wonderlic and a modeling test. The Wonderlic was fairly standard based on the practice tests I found online. Then the modeling test is a one tab, 3 statement model that is mostly filled out but requires you to finish it. After that, they put you in touch with the PM/team with an opening. Processes can differ from there, but I had a phone interview with the PM followed by a case study where they give you a week and a follow up review of the case study with the PM.
