Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I got the internship by an employee reference. The interview process was very easy bc I just emailed my resume to one of the exec's. He then approved it and I dealt with hr the rest of the way. They made me fill out an online application and then double checked everything through my school and past employers. They then conducted finger printing and background check. All in all it was very easy.
