Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online for an Analyst role in a sector specific team. After completing competency tests I received an interview with HR (done over the phone). The interview was fairly straightforward (why Citi, why IB, why this team etc.). Next step was a telephone interview with a VP in the team. Again similar types of questions, interviewer was very friendly. After the interview she introduced me to an Analyst in the team (via email) to ask any questions I may have. It took some time to hear back but the interview was followed by an AC, which included a group exercise, interviews and preparing and presenting a case study.
Everyone was friendly and happy to be there (with the exception of 1 MD).
