Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First I submitted my resume. Then, they asked for 300word responses to 4 mini essay questions. Then, it was a case study. They sent me a public company and asked me to write 500 words addressing 4 questions (they asked about how the company makes money, whats its TAM, would it do well in a recession, is it a good or bad company).
