Summer academy

After submitting my online application and completing the initial essays, I was invited to an HR interview, which focused on my background, motivations, and general interest in investing. After passing that stage, I was asked to complete a case study, where I had to demonstrate my analytical thinking and business judgment through a structured investment-style task.

Following the case study, I completed an online assessment(Wonderlic test) that tested my quantitative reasoning, logic, and problem-solving skills, was easy apart from the english part. After successfully passing these stages, I was invited to the HR interview. Which was a mix of where i wanna work and also some technical which suprised me and was probably the reason i didnt get the return.
