Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Phone interview first, very rigorous, I imagine this is how they filter out most of the people, lots of technical questions thrown at me. Called then for an interview in the headquarters, 5 rounds of one-to-one interviews, some focused on personality others on technical/market questions. After that I waited for a three weeks or so, and I was called back to go through the same process (I guess they wanted second opinions on me) so I did the same process again trying not to make the same mistakes I made the first time. Was called back right after the interviews to speak to a Managing Director, then after a couple of hours got the call from HR offering me the position.
