Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I first had to complete an online application and answer a few short questions. After passing that stage, I was asked to prepare a selective report in the form of a stock pitch on a company of my choice. Once I submitted the stock pitch, I was invited to a first-round interview that was HR-led but also included some technical questions. These were partly about my presentation and partly about general market trends, so there was a mix of motivational and analytical questioning. The process was straightforward and well-structured, with clear communication at each stage. I did not receive an offer in the end, but I found the process valuable and a good reflection of the firm’s interest in both technical ability and market awareness.
