Poland Corporate Finance is an M&A advisory firm. We work for both owners of Polish companies who wish to sell their companies and international companies who wish to acquire in Poland. We also advise on fund raising. Key members of our team have over 10 years experience of the Polish M&A market. We have a wide range of experience which covers most industries.

Most of our deals fall in the range €5 to €50 million, but we do advise on deals both below and above this band.

We started our business as part of the Copernicus Group, a British / Polish owned partnership which specialises in alternative Asset Management in post-communist Central Europe. In 2004 we bought out the corporate finance advisory business and became Poland Corporate Finance.
