Interview
I applied to Polen Capital on handshake and all that I submitted was as resume. A few weeks later, I was contacted by HR for a phone screening that lasted 15 minutes. I was only asked why the position and why the firm. At the end of the screening, the recruiter invited me to a super day that was happening a few days later. The super day was two back to back 30 minute interviews. One round was behavioral and the other one was specific to the role. If I move on in the hiring process after the super day, there will be a third and final interview with the division that I applied for.
