Interview
The interview was a general fact finding interview mission asking the usual questions like why positive, what attracts you to trading? Why would you be a good trader? There was nothing really too challenging in this round it was more a case of them finding out what you are about. The interview was undertaken by two trainee traders and was the first of three with the second and third being much more technical and challenging. These interviews were undertaken by senior traders.
Interview Questions
What happened in the last week of trading? This was a really general and unexpected question as I was under the impression that the questions would avoid any market based knowledge at this stage.
What is your biggest failure in life? Again a difficult one to answer as I had nothing prepared and found it difficult to come up with something suitable on the spot.
