Interview
I had an interview with a partner and a manager which both were very friendly and did a good job of making the interviewee feel comfortable and open. Most questions were typical behavioral actions questions such as how you handle pressure, adapt to different work situations, what sort of projects have you worked on, etc.
Interview Questions
In what ways can I impact the teams efficiencies (Part of this is due to my resume listing efficiencies).

Skills Test
Interview
The interview was, I would say, on an average level. Before my 1 on 1 interview, I received an email that contained all the aspects of interview questions I should be expecting on my scheduled interview day.
Interview Questions
I needed to tell the interviewers about myself and why I have chosen to take part in my previous internship and how was it like in that industry.
Next, I was asked to answer some questions about firms' financial statements, for example, how many kinds of financial statements do you know? And tell me about what is the most important financial statement regarding the position you are applying to.
Then, I had to do a "brain-teaser" question.
Finally, I was tested on my Excel-skills.
In the end, they were asking about, what kind of tasks that I am not interested in, etc.
I think all the questions were fine since I have prepared a bit before my interview. The brain teaser was a little bit tricky.

Interview
They asked me simple questions mostly regarding my CV. No firm-specific questions were asked and ove rall the interview was very relaxing.
Interview Questions
All of the questions were easy to answer as the HR person did not ask me anything that required auditing specific knowledge. But the interviewer indeed asked me what makes you a competitive candidate over the others. Simple questions regarding my past working experience and university life. Half of the interview was follow-up questions and answers on my previous internship at a startup company. She also asked me regarding the extracurricular activities I have done throughout my college life.

Background Check
Interview
Had 1 phone interview with recruiter, all behavioral questions. Then had video case interview with partner, 10 minutes to read the case and then 30 minute presentation and Q&A.
Interview Questions
Nothing unexpected, Behavioral interview was fit questions ie: why do you want to work for us, why do tech consulting, why do you think your background will make you successful in this position, failure story, success story, time you worked in a team, tell us about yourself. Case Interview was a standard case interview. I was given 10 minutes to read over the case and then it was followed by a 30 minute presentation and Q&A by the interviewer on case specifics. He then posed a slight change to the case and had me then reconsider some approaches based on this new change. Questions were based on the case so it will vary, but expect standard pros and cons questions on each suggestion you make, as well as asking for elaboration on certain things you said. Additionally be sure to do research on actual technology costs and issues in the industry as some questions are better answered with this knowledge.

Tell me about yourself / your resume. Why this practice?

One was a behavioral interview which was pretty easy. Other was a case study interview. Asked about recommendations to a company and had to pick from a choice of options for how the firm should proceed. Then another paper with more data was presented. Had to evaluate in a couple of minutes while still interviewing. Then finish it off with your real recommendation.
