The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview Questions
Nothing particularly unexpected. Tell me about negative feedback you received... what's would your friends say about you... things of that nature.

They were into a dialogue format, so the most difficult aspect was having to ask many many questions. Probably a max of 7 in a single interview. It doesn't sound like many, but thinking of that many cogent questions is difficult on the spot and is many more than I've had to in any other interview. Would highly recommend prepping many questions to ask

Interview
I sent in my resume in December, and was invited to interview in February. There were two interviews, both behavioral. They asked me questions about my resume and how I would respond in certain situations. There were two people each time - 1 analyst and 1 more senior person. Regarding their team, everyone seemed very smart and capable (everyone I met graduated at least magna cum laude), as well as pretty happy with their work and lives. Seems like they have a good work balance too - no 90 hour work weeks here.
Interview Questions
Explain an instance where you had difficulties in a team situation, and how you overcame it.

-I explained a situation when I was captain of a sports team in high school. Nothing too unusual.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

-Hard to answer because I don't really know. I just gave them an honest answer, which they liked. I think they tend to like sincerity and authenticity in answers.
