Interview
Very much fit based, tested your knowledge of investment banking and some of the basic banking concepts. Showing interest in banking and knowing what you want to do is a big plus. Asked to be able to speak to what you would do on specific projects (pitchbooks, research reports, etc) is crucial, so knowledge of what those terms mean is probably the most important thing. Interview process consisted of phone conversation and 1-on-1 meeting.
