The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Very simple and straight-forward. A recruiter put me in touch with the CFO of the very small company, who then interviewed me and was primarily looking for a good cultural fit. An offer was made 2 weeks later.
Interview Questions
Honestly nothing. Again the interview was based primarily on cultural fit as opposed to skill set and abilities. The firm believed necessary skills/ research knowledge could be gained with on-the-ground practice. I was a bit surprised by this considering the level of modeling that goes into the role, even a basic Excel test was skipped over, so that part is unexpected. I expressed a good idea of who I was and the goals I have in both my career and life, and then we spoke for a little over an hour which I suspect was to see if any of my tone/answers changed.
