Cold called the firm for open internship positions. HR noted my eagerness and followed up with a phone screening within a week. Afterwards, an in-person interview with my manager and another team member was scheduled at their office. After I had the offer, I had to fill out a formal online application and submit the proper documents to HR.

None of the questions were difficult. They were the typical questions such as:
