Interview Questions
I was not asked many technical questions but i found it to be difficult because they wanted number of things attracted me to consulting. I think it gives the opportunity to gain an insight into different industries and experience working with a range of companies. As a consultant you’re working closely with employees at these firms, learning their business and how they actually operate. I like the idea of consulting it seems to be a lot of problem solving and thinking out of the box to solve problems for businesses which Is something I think I can be good at.

I want to learn more about finance. I like the fast paced work environment where you get work with very smart and motivated people. Ive always been interested in the markets from a young age. Ive been going to informational sessions like for Falcon boutique IB in Philly which is sell side M&A.

Interview
Sent a cold email to a couple of employees including my resume and background. I was forwarded to HR and then supplied with interview details within 2 weeks. This was in early November and had my interview beginning of December. It included 3 separate interviews with a super-day style. 2 interviews were with MDs while the other was with a lady from HR. All extremely nice and very impressive people. Extended an offer a week later and accepted.
Interview Questions

This interview was with one of the MDs that was known as very quant-based work. I had no intentions of being in his division, so I had not prepared much for any of the possible programming languages.
