Interview
Interview process was fairly standard - 1 or 2 phone interviews followed by a "super day": going into office and meeting with 3/4 people
Interview Questions
No difficult or unexpected questions - typical fit questions during the first round of phone interviews and the second round of interviews were a mixture of both fit and technical (debt specific financial questions as the role was a BDC). Everyone was very nice and respectful during the interview process

Phone Interview
Interview
Initially responded to an online posting. Contacted professionals I knew there. Conducted a phone interview. Ultimately they were looking for a lot more experience than I had to offer at the time.
Interview Questions
It was more an issue of finding time to connect than facing difficult questions. Though given the experience hurdles, I supposed I didn't have the best answers to questions asked.
