1 on 1 Interview
Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process consisted on two 1 on 1 interviews at the firms offices. The first interview was with a partner at the company, which consisted of mostly behavioral questions / questions about my resume and background. The second interview was with the managing partner of the firm. This interview was similar to the first, with mostly fit/behavioral questions that allowed the interviewer to judge my character.
