You initially apply on their website and can only apply to sourcing or the investment team.
About a week later, you receive and have to do a sparkhire/hirevue like video interview. Kind of like a typical PE or IB hirevue or sparkhire. They ask basic questions like why Growth Equity, why PSG, a portfolio company you were interested in of theirs and why? and some other basic behavioral "fit-like" questions.
About 2-3 weeks later (approx. 1 month) you should hear back from HR regarding doing an assignment for your final round interview. You do the assignment, send it back to them and then have your superday. You have like 3-4 interviews for your superday and then just answer basic behaviorals.
