What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I spoke with a Senior Vice President when they visited our campus, which put me through an earlier interview process towards the end of Summer 2024.
I was sent a HireVue equivalent, which asked questions like TMAY, Why PSG, what is a portfolio company I find interesting, etc. There may have also been some broader behavioral questions.
A few weeks later, I got put through an interview. 60 minutes, where I spoke with an Associate and a VP. The questions were easy and were more behavioral in nature. There were no technical questions asked. There were some situational questions.
I got a call back after the regular process had finished (about 1.5 months later).
