Background Check
Interview
Mostly behavioral interview with general questions. Walk me through your resume, why Prudential, why Internal Audit, etc. Superday consisted of 3 half hour interviews with associates-VP's within the department. No technical questions were asked, just be sure to prep for why you want the job, some projects you've worked on in the past that best demonstrate your skills.
Interview Questions
No real unexpected questions were asked. All questions were behavioral. Most technical questions were just talking about a past project that I had worked on where I went above and beyond, and about why I wanted to work within Internal Audit and at Prudential.

Hirevue first, then on campus recruiting, then goto headquarters to interview for superday. Superday process varies per division, but mine was super chill and laid back.
Interview Questions
Asked some basic technical, but they asked a lot of behavioral and fit questions. I think they were trying to see if you were actually interested in Prudential or not, and whether or not they could get along with you. Technical were more like did you prepare at all, and if you did that was good enough. Basic behavioral, like tell me about yourself, why did you apply Prudential, walk me through your resume. Then they asked a ton of resume questions and my interests. Overall a nice process, and would recommend.
