Interview
Applied online at Prudential in the Mortgage Capital Group (note PMCC not PCG) and was contacted a few days later. Phone screen with HR and then super day with various heads of groups including CMBS, originations, and portfolio management. Offer came a week later.
Interview Questions
It was mostly fit with a few technicals thrown in. We went over credit analysis and the financial statements. Also touched on leverage points, coverage, liquidity and debt levels. It was all very simple and basic, nothing too hard.

I also had a case study emailed to me by HR and had to complete it prior to the in-person interview. It was a real estate case study with a credit spin to it. Nothing too difficult but the write up took a while since I actually researched the real estate market and then went through the credit itself.
