Analyst Officer

I was told by my senior in college that the firm is looking for an analyst, so I went for it and sent my resume and cover letter to the designated email.

I got an email response later that day and got called for an interview about 3-5 days after.

1 - Interview with the Director. Pretty much all about what's written in your resume and the application form. About yourself, really. Just do your homework.
2 - Interview with the Head of Research. Brain teasing questions were asked that got me excited (i.e. Which one were created first? Eggs or chickens?) Showcase your logic, elaborate your answers, and you're good to go.

3 - IQ Test. It took around 2 hours to finish the tests. Again, the questions got me excited because I have always loved IQ tests. Just the usual IQ Test, in my opinion.
4 - Interview with the President Director. Similar to the first interview, even more personal and relaxed.
5 - Offering. I got offered by the Director right after the last interview. I asked him to wait for 3 days until I finally gave my answer.

My first day was about a month after that. The Director himself told me to take a long holiday to refresh myself after all those undergraduate thesis mess. I ended up not going on a holiday anyway because I was hospitalized.
