Interview
The first round of interview consisted of phone interview with the senior recruiter.
The second round was a series of 1:1 interviews and a group interview with multiple managers and team members. No case interviews but asked general policy-related knowledge and behavioral interview questions. Asked a lot of details about my resume as I had more government experiences than industry. Everyone was so friendly and personable. I didn't feel like I was being interviewed at times because we were just talking about some of the projects I was involved in at state- and federal-levels as they were sharing about their team's involvement in adjacent work or similar portfolio. Very flexible with interview scheduling and follow-up email communications were instant.
Interview Questions
Specific policy-related questions that were easy to medium technical/difficulties were asked. I think it's because they saw that I had experiences in that area given my work experience (from my resume)
