Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I simply attached my CV and was invited to a face to face interview in Guildford.


They gave us 15 mins to write a complaint. This was to test our communication and writing skills. Therafter I had 2 face to face interviews. Both of they were largely competency, questions were:

- Why Punter Southall?
-Who inspires you?
-Tell me about a time you contributed to a team?
-Tell me something in the news that interests you?

Thereafter, I had my second face to face

- Why your degree?
-What do you like about the role and being an actuary?
-How many windows in the UK?
- Which office do you prefer
- what are the trends in the pensions industry?
- Do you have any questions for us?

I recieved an offer within the next week
