I was first intrigued by an ad I saw for the position. I inquired about it, and they gave me some info about the process. I gave my resume to the manager, who made the call to interview me. The interview went well, with a lot of the questions about me personally and what my interests are.
Interview Questions
What kind of personality do you have? For this I basically talked about not only my desire to work for the company but for the desire to learn about creating relationships and financial terms and processes.
How would you react if a member came to your station, angry about a transaction that was done incorrectly? For this one I basically talked about how I would be understanding with the member and do my best to correct the situation.
