Interview
1) HR unscheduled phone call to ask two basic questions (why did you apply, why pwc) - they do not want real answers just availability to "The Breakfast"
2) "The Breakfast" - They introduce the programme, two associates talk about their experience and there is a Q&A round - they notice who asked questions and who did not
3) Assesment day - One morning full of different phases. First you have a math exam, then there is one hour to complete a business case which involves forecasting financial statements in excel, and if you have time, doing a ppt abou it to present conclusions (no one has time). Then you have an interview to talk about the business case and explain it. Then there is a more personal interview, in which they ask common questions why this programme why pwc, questions about your CV... depending on who is interviewing you, there can be some technical questions. Lastly, there is a group interview in which they present you a case and you have to present your ideas in the group, at some point you have to switch to english.
