Then got another assignment and a personality quiz. Then another interview over the phone. Then got called in and another interview and a day of shadowing and another assessment.

The people are very specific. If you don’t fit the mold then you have zero chances. The questions I got asked were all teasers too. It was awful for me. Like I said you have to fit the mold. Abnormal people swear by Q tho.

Other than that, you have the assignments but those seemed rather boiler plat. You'd ought to know how to calc bond stuff - duration, yield to maturity.

They focus a lot on automating processes, but its mainly done through Excel, so be really good at that... oddly enough VBA experience is a real plus -- other than that I did not get to the super day which maybe was more technical, but generic behavioral questions. Prepare for that and you will be fine
