Applied online and completed all tests and video interview stages. A few months later, I was invited to an assessment centre. This includes a group exercise, numerical test, written email test, individual interview. After passing this, the final stage was the partner interview. Here I was asked about my motivations to work at EY, why in the finance sector over UK&I companies. I was also asked situational questions (i.e. how would collect research if you had to find an answer to X issue?)
