Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1st round was a phone interview with a recruiter, mostly motivational (e.g why tech M&A, why Qatalyst, TMAY). 2nd round was with a recruiter again and focused more on commercial awareness, basic technicals and some tech technicals (e.g rule of 40).
