Summer Associate Intern

The interview process began with the company visiting campus with a brief presentation and networking session. If we showed interest, we were invited to a group informational session where a few current employees presented with a Q&A at the end.

After that, we dropped resumes through our school's career website and were selected for the final interview from there.

I interviewed with four people at the Director/MD level. The questions were largely behavioral and the interviews were very conversational in nature. The people were very friendly and made it a good experience.

In addition to the interviews, I was required to submit a writing sample.
