Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Initial resume screening and phone interview. Small group came to campus for a business club presentation and networking event. Next phase was a group interview on campus - 2 analysts and a director for 3 on 1s. Questions were technical and behavioral. Strong focus on telling a cohesive story for why banking. They interviewed msf and undergrads, 3 undergrads made it to the super day. Everyone was very cordial and nice. Typical process of of junior guys asking techs and senior guys focusing on macroeconomics and getting to know you.
