Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Got an email from HR only 2 hours after submitting my CV to arrange an interview with HR with google meet, asking some general questions such as why you want the job. Then asking for your tech backgroud to give you a coding test depending on that. I got SQL test, VERY EASY. two weeks later, got a tech interview senior, didn't ask any tech question just your previous experience. a 60-min interview only takes 1 min just to tell you are not a fit.
