Interview
I reached out to an Analyst several months prior to the internship posting. After I applied, I was sent an online technical assessment to complete. I had a phone screen with HR which I'm not sure they do for everyone. Towards the end of the phone screen they set up an interview with the Analyst I spoke to previously. This interview was a mix of resume/behavioural/technical questions. Second round interview was with the same Analyst and a Director and was focused on technical and real estate market questions. The Analyst, Director, and HR Manager were all very nice. I did not receive the offer.
