Quant Intern

The 0th round was an HR phone screen. A self introduction, question for motivation for this position and this company. Then, the HR asked a series of fit questions based on their list, including programming language, knowledge in finance and coding respectively, time of availability... Then, they told me about the timeline for the next step.

The first round was with two senior traders. Most of the time was asking questions about my past project on my resume and what their pod was doing. They were looking for particular market expertise, so they asked more questions on this market. No technical questions this round.
