Note that the following is for an associate level quantitative position. There were almost no "soft" questions asked beyond "why do you want to work in banking?". Maybe 10% soft, 30% computer science/programming questions, and 30% maths/brain-teasters, and 30% finance. A number of interview rounds, overall felt quite comfortable, and discussions with interviewers were positive.

I got the opportunity to interview for S&T in Atlanta after connecting with some MDs in New York (through networking). Interview process was fairly simple. Phone screen, then a 2 on 1 interview with standard questions. Finally, a super day consisting of 5 interviews.

You are given two equal jugs; one's filled with alcohol and one's filled with water. A quantity of water, Q, is poured from the water jug into the alcohol jug, and is thoroughly mixed. 2nd Round - On site

Had 5 30 min interviews - mixed between 1-2 bankers each time. Asked about financial statements, M&A and behavioral questions. Couldn't convince the senior bankers I deserved the job
