A lot of questions on projects and previous internships, they dug deep to find out if there is anything interesting in them. They seemed interested in the more creative parts for how data was retrieved / analyzed.

Basic stats questions on coin tosses, z score and p values, linear regression, penalization
ML questions regarding correlation and high dimensions (what are the ways to deal with it, then they discuss your proposed solutions).

First was an OA. There were 2 leetcode easy/medium questions.

Then, the first interview was behavioral/technical, with a Python question. The interviewer first wanted to know what team I wanted to be in, explained the context of each team, then asked a leetcode question. Medium i would say.

Final round was also technical with a medium/hard leetcode question, + questions about python and how data structures work.

The interview process at Qube Research & Technologies involved several stages. The first was a theoretical interview focused on machine learning concepts such as random forests and linear regression. This was followed by a practical machine learning project, which spanned two weeks, where I applied my skills to solve a real-world problem. After submitting my solution, I had a remote technical interview to discuss my approach and results. The final stage was a longer onsite interview that included more in-depth technical questions and discussions, further evaluating my problem-solving abilities.
