Interview
I applied online and had a face-to-face with one of the associates I'd be working with. The shop is about 6 guys so it is very small. They are looking to hire another analyst and I applied even though I wasn't super interested.
Interview Questions
Nothing out of the ordinary. Why do you want to do this? Why banking? How do you work in teams?(its a very small shop) Tell me your story? Very conversational interview in the sense that I wasn't getting grilled with questions. The team is small so I feel as if the shop was very fit oriented especially since he noted it was two teams, consisting of around 6 guys.

Overall the questions were not tough but he did ask about my modeling experience, power point exp, and writing skills. No curve balls or technical on the first round.
