Interview
Very easy. I spoke with 3-4 different members of the team I would join. I was pretty early in my college career so nothing too technical
Interview Questions
A lot of questions on my background and why I wanted to work at the firm. Asked me to explain International stocks declined, after the Federal Reserve vowed to keep its monetary policy aggressive and struck a cautious note on jobs, prompting investors to revisit their assumptions about U.S. economic recovery.

Stock-index futures tied to the S&P 500 shed 1.5%, suggesting a lower opening for U.S. markets Thursday. Then there were behavioral and more personal questions and stuff of that nature.

Interview
Started talking with a recruiter in December. First was a general interview to gauge interest in the company. Mainly behavioral. Some questions on what your technical skills are. After two weeks, an interview with a member of the team over the phone. This was more towards why you wanted to work and what caused the interest. More emphasis on how you developed your technical skills. Currently awaiting a response.
Interview Questions
Explain your use of Excel's VBA weekly/ daily?

If I were a random person, why would I want to pick you to be on a team with me at this moment?

These two were the toughest questions. Why? (I'm writing this to fit inside of the limit)

These were the toughest because of the follow-up questions. The, "What if a company were to ask you to write VBA code on spot, where would you start?" The tough part was not recalling but rather thinking logically under pressure of the interviewer at that moment. Same for the second question. It wasn't a tough question if you had prepared, but what was tough was extracting a logical and succinct answer.

Interview
I had 3 phone interviews. The first one was with a recruiter, sounded like a robot but went fine. Next two were with different departments. Behavioral questions only.
Interview Questions
The most difficult section of the interview was when asked about what technical skills I had. I think they didn't like my answer. The question was rather vague so I wasn't sure what they were looking for. All the other questions were fairly basic. Talk about a time you worked in a group, walk me through your resume, talk about a time you were a leader, talk about why you are interested in Quicken, Do you know what Quicken has done for Detroit, How did you hear about our position, are you okay with being paid 10 dollars per hour?

Interview
I applied online through a posting on my school's career center website. I got a phone call about two weeks later saying they would like to have a phone interview with me. I scheduled a phone interview and then a week later the recruiter said they'd like to have another phone interview. The second phone interview was longer and the recruiter wanted me to do business development. The recruiter called me a week later leaving a voicemail. I emailed her asking for the decision but she said she could only give it by phone, so she called me a couple days later to reject me.
Interview Questions
What makes you stand out compared to other candidates?
I talked about being willing to learn a lot really quickly due to my past experience learning a foreign language in a few months on an exchange program. I also talked about learning Python really fast but I think I rambled so she wasn't impressed.

What experience do you have with Excel VBA?
At this point, I did not have any significant experience with Excel VBA, so I had to admit that, but I emphasized how I am ready to learn on the job, I can pick up things fast, I am good at coding and math, etc.

What is the most difficult situation you have dealt with?

It was a first round interview with a junior recruiter, followed by a second round with a more senior one.
Interview Questions
Tell me a time that you disagree with your supervisor. This is a tricky one that I don't really know how to answer it. I told them a time that I persuaded an unfriendly professor but I don't think I did well in that case. The indicator is that I have not received any follow up since the last interview. It seems that I screwed up the interview because after this question, they told me it is only a short check and they are going to search the database to see whether there is a suitable job for me.

Did an initial call screen with behavioral questions, why QL etc. Brought me in for a face to face interview and then offered me on the spot. Which was kind of different.
Interview Questions
Walk me through your resume - spent a lot of time on my past experience but what they wanted to hear was more about why I wanted to be in Detroit, revival of the city etc. I didn't do this but I assume you would get some brownie points for talking up Dan Gilbert.
