Interview
Two phone interviews. First guy was laidback and asked fit questions mostly. Second guy asked thorough technical questions and kept asking until you got stuck.
Interview Questions
He took a real local company that was about to go bust and played a whole simulation with me, letting me make all the decisions and then always asked why. If he found my moves were too obvious he threw weird roadblocks at me to spice it up.
