Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter while working at a distressed debt buyer in the same market. The recruiter was vague when describing the position but the comp / responsibilities / potential for growth sounded promising so I accepted an interview. I met with the group's director and two SVP's, and the interview mainly focused on personality and experience. I was called for a second interview about a week later. The second interview focused on industry specific knowledge and deal experience. A week later I received an offer through the recruiter and I accepted.
