Was referred to Raptor Partners through someone who engaged the firm to sell their personal business. Applied online and received a call to come in for an interview. Interviewed with at least three others in 2 consecutive 2 on 1 interviews. Then follow-up interview with the founder and a following lunch.
Interview Questions
Typical fit and basic technical questions. Be personable since it is a small firm and very flat organization. They're looking for capable individuals with a personality that matches the groups.
Was given an aptitude test that was not what I expected. Strange brain teasers and long math problems, although not difficult, out of the ordinary.
