Accelerated Development Program, ADP Analyst-Risk Management Track

Applied online on their careers website. Got their digital interview/hirevue invite which consisted of a few basic behavioral questions that you had to record for yourself and also some written response questions (such as why is it important to mitigate risk). Got invited to a one-on-one with HR where she asked some more behavioral questions and also laid out the recruiting timeline. Also had a one-on-one with the rotational program manager. Then got invited to the final Superday. It consisted of two panel interviews, first one was with 3 people and the second one was with 2 people. Wasn't hard at all, very behavioral, nothing technical, and it felt like a conversation with the interviewers. I heard back with the offer 2-3 days after my interview.
