ADP Analyst

Originally went in for a campus tour. Shortly after I applied online. Once I applied online I got accepted to complete a HireView interview within a week. After my HireView interview, I was accepted to my next round. My next round was an online assessment test and I was told to network with current ADP analysts simultaneously. It asked behavioral questions and I also had a case study. After that, I had a 15-minute interview with the Talent Director which I believe was for cultural fit. I then had a super day that consisted of 2 back to back interviews that were 30 minutes long and consisted of 3 panelists each. I got my offer the next day. Everyone seemed super easy to talk to and a good work environment.
I think if they believe you're more analytical they'll ask you more market-based questions. They must've assumed I was more relationship oriented and I basically just had behavioral questions.
