Analyst

First I had my resume forwarded to a managing director at raymond james. My resume was forwarded by a friend of the managing director whom my family knows. A month later I received an email asking about a time to talk. The email went on to say this interview would be an informational one. The interview consisted of asking about my background, and resume. How I got interested in finance, and if I knew what an analyst did. They opened the interview up for me to ask any questions. I asked typical day of analyst, and whether the analyst had any prior internships. To conclude the interview they said if they thought I was a good fit we would talk again, but this time more technical interview, and then attend a super day at the firms headquarters.
