Equity Research Associate

The hiring process was pretty straight forward. Resume drop with on campus interviews and then super day in St. Pete. Super day was fine, they put you in a hotel really close to RJ(which isn't down town or on the beach??) in St. Pete. Typical interview with managers/research analysts and they took us to a morning call which was cool. Afterward though, they surprised us with a Street of Walls assessment which was unexpected, though some candidates did already know about it. After that you had a few hours back at the hotel and dinner and drinks at night. Overall everybody was very nice and relaxed.
